How many texts do you send per day? We only add 1-2 extra texts per day. Typically it only takes a minute or two per day to have accountability at your fingertips.

An optional, but highly-recommended feature is selecting a punishment for yourself for compliance failure. Studies show fear of punishment are one of the very best technique for ensuring compliance. This is for people serious about their goals.

 

Punishments typically range from monetary loss to posting your failure to social media. We’ll provide an option right for you, assuming you go with the added punishment feature.
